Journal Entry: Tue Nov 4, 2008, 8:12 PM
Well, they've just called it, Obama wins. I voted for McCain for several reason's, oh well. I just hope he's a good president, what are you're outlooks on the outcome?

Thanks again to all who view my profile and photos, it's much appreciated :D

Well, I didn't vote for either of them, so I don't have a say. I don't believe either of them will make much difference

very true, did you vote at all?

Yup. I went the other way. Not that I thought McCain was going to be any better, just more experienced in the political realm.

We have our new President and now we'll see if he can back the hype. I think things will improve eventually, but I don't think Obama is going to be nearly as effective as all the celebs think he will be. Same story for McCain.

I think Obama will have an easier time in the public and world arena because Geaorge Bush is so despised and McCain is seen as a Bush clone.

Who knows?

yea, that's the main reason McCain didn't get it, he's republican and so is Bush, eventhough they are completely different. let's hope that Obama will be as for the people and will listen to the people as much as he says he will.

Personally, I wanted Obama. I didn't like Palin for too many reasons, and I was quite literally afraid of her. As for McCain. Well. If I didn't worry about his age and health, I don't know between both him and Obama. Both HAD the room to either be great or a massive flunk. But still. Too much of me called for Obama, and again, Palin = really bad feelings. (You know there is a problem when someone brings out the feminist in me. I'm normally in a "Eh whatever." state.)

But most assuredly. Thank goodness Bush is gone. That was just. Oh man.

yep, I was McCain, but I'm just happy that Bush is out. I think either would have been the better over Bush any day.

Yeah seriously. Right now, we can hope Obama is better. If not, we'll all regret it down the line, but instead of worrying for the moment, I'll exult in Bush being GONE! =D
